The LevelM Pro 4×4 is a new hydraulic levelling system from AL-KO Vehicle Technology, created in close collaboration with campervan manufacturer Yucon for demanding off-road use.
It is an off-road version of the existing LevelM Pro system, specifically designed for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VS30 4×4 chassis. The system will be installed for the first time in the Yucon K-peak 4×4 off-roader.
Features of the New Levelling System
To begin with, the system uses XXL cylinders that are 100 mm longer than the standard model, thereby providing a ground clearance of 280 mm. As a result, this preserves the vehicle’s off-road capabilities, allowing it to master challenging passages with steep inclines or uneven surfaces.
Furthermore, the system is also exceptionally lightweight due to its aluminium and steel material mix, thus enabling a higher payload for the vehicle.
When it comes to convenience, levelling is fully automatic, quiet, and smooth at the touch of a button. In addition, two brushless AC motors and two independent pumps ensure precision and smooth adjustment with minimal stress on the chassis. Finally, the system is also updatable to adapt to future user needs.

Launch and Availability of the LevelM Pro 4×4
The official launch took place at the Caravan Salon 2025. You can experience the system live from August 29 to September 7, 2025, at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf.
It will be at the AL-KO Vehicle Technology and E&P Hydraulics stand (outdoor area 13-3) and at the Yucon K-peak off-roader stand in Hall 17.
