Jetour South Africa’s inaugural Jetour Festival at Casalinga in Johannesburg set a new record as the brand’s largest customer day in Africa. The premier outdoor venue in Muldersdrift welcomed 3,000 attendees who enjoyed the music, food, fun, and motoring. On top of that, seeing hundreds of Jetour vehicles parked side by side was quite a sight! It created a really impressive visual display.
Jetour Festival South Africa Top Artists Ignite the Stage
South Africa’s finest musicians performed, including Grammy Award-winning Zakes Bantwini with electrifying Afro-house beats, indie rock stars The Parlotones, house music trio Mi Casa, and Pop/R&B sensation Shekhinah. The crowd was thrilled by hit songs like “Who Cares” and “Back to the Beach.” Additionally, a live 947 broadcast, hosted by Zweli Mbhele of Afternoons with Zweli, boosted the energy, and DJ Vin Deysel closed with a dynamic dance set.
Thrilling Giveaways and Electric Atmosphere
To top it all off, Jetour offered exciting prizes, such as a Vivo cellphone, a weekend getaway from ANEW Hotels & Resorts, and a year-long Jetour vehicle as the grand prize. As a result, attendees raved, with one saying, “Incredible vibes, amazing food, and the music—Zakes Bantwini and the other acts absolutely killed it!” Similarly, another praised Jetour’s party-throwing skills, highlighting the live music and giveaways.
Jetour South Africa Owner’s Club Launches
Nic Campbell, Vice President of Jetour South Africa, announced the Jetour Owner’s Club launch, joining 19 global clubs with over 60,000 members. “In 2024, club members’ content generated over 179 million views,” Campbell said, noting the club’s role in gathering user feedback to enhance products and services. Thus, members gain exclusive benefits like service discounts, priority after-sales support, branded merchandise, and special offers with retail, hospitality, and travel partners.
Jetour’s Rapid Growth in South Africa
Since entering South Africa in September 2024, Jetour introduced the 5-seater Jetour Dashing and 7-seater Jetour X70 Plus. In fact, the brand’s “Travel+” philosophy, blending travel, music, lifestyle, and adventure, drives strong sales. Looking ahead, Jetour plans to launch the Jetour T1 and T2 SUVs later this year.
