Signature Flavours, Reimagined for Ramadan

This Ramadan, CLAP Dubai invites guests to gather above the city for an elevated Iftar experience that blends contemporary Japanese cuisine with subtle Middle Eastern influences. Set against the striking skyline of DIFC, the four-course menu honours the Holy Month with a refined take on the restaurant’s most celebrated dishes.

IFTAR, THE CLAP WAY

The experience begins traditionally with dates and seasonal soups, setting a thoughtful tone for the evening. From there, diners are guided through a curated selection of sushi and seasonal salads, before moving on to signature mains that define the CLAP culinary identity.

Expect highlights such as:

  • Lamb Rack kimchi CLAP style
  • The iconic Black Cod Miso
  • Pistachio Kadaifi Chocolate Dessert, a Dubai favourite

The four-course Iftar menu is available daily from sunset until 8pm, priced at AED 275 per person.

Beyond Iftar: Weekly Experiences in DIFC

While Ramadan sets a more reflective pace, CLAP Dubai continues to shape the rhythm of the week in DIFC. From business lunches to golden hours with specially priced beverages, as well as vibrant brunches and relaxed Sunday lunches, each offering brings its own distinct energy to the venue.

Ongaku: The Music Room

When the sun sets, the atmosphere evolves. Tucked behind a discreet entrance lies Ongaku, CLAP’s Tokyo-inspired late-night destination.

With weekly DJs, curated free-flow beverage experiences and a signature Ladies’ Night, Ongaku transitions seamlessly from dinner to dancefloor, carrying the city’s after-dark energy into the early hours.
