The prawn is now consumed throughout the world and is a true delicacy; a treat the entire family will enjoy.
This Summer’s pick of the season is a prawn extravaganza. With four options to choose from, there is something for everyone:
- The King prawn platter offers 16 large prawns ,grilled to perfection, with a choice of two sides – perfect as a sharing platter for two
- Light, refreshing, and perfectfor any time of day, is the prawn cocktail salad with grilled prawns, lettuce, cucumber, red onions, avo and romesco mayo
- The Romesco prawn is a grilled option, served with a rich tomato-based romesco sauce and topped with creamy feta
- Light, crunchy and with a small kick, the paprika panko prawns are coated in paprika dust and panko crumbs and served with a tangy romesco mayo.

A fisherman’s famous sauce
A new inclusion to the menu to accompany the juicy prawns is the romesco sauce, originating from Catalonia and served by fisherman with their daily catch. Amongst other things, this rich and flavourful sauce is packed with roasted tomatoes, olive oil, hazelnuts and toasted bread.
Perfect parcels of protein
Prawns are a great source of high quality protein and provide some of the most important vitamins and minerals that make up a healthy diet, including zinc and selenium and magnesium and phosphorous, as well as a high dose of vitamin E and B12. They are surprisingly low in calories and are made up of extremely healthy cholesterol.
With its beautiful firm, juicy texture, a pleasant ocean flavour and touch of sweetness, the prawn is extremely versatile and can be served hot or cold.
Spoiled for choice
For a quick mouthwatering snack, choose the bruschetta and add a choice of panko prawn, feta and Med salsa or salmon.
The perfect light meal is a panzanella salad – a Tuscan-style bread salad with three options to choose from: Feta and Olives, Salmon and Avo or Panko prawn and Avo.
Or choose a selection of sushi with melt-in-your-mouth sweet prawns and uncoloured ginger. There’s a favourite seafood snack for everyone.
