Shimza, HVOB Live and Julian Gomes headline the iconic lifestyle music festival at James & Ethel Gray Park this Saturday

Johannesburg’s beloved It’s Personal Picnic returns on Saturday, 5 September, celebrating 15 years of unforgettable music, community and open-air luxury.

From 12:00 to 22:30, James & Ethel Gray Park will once again transform into one of the city’s most sought-after spring gatherings, before the celebrations continue with an official after-party at Truth Nightclub.

A 15-Year Legacy of Music and Culture

For 15 years, It’s Personal Picnic has built a reputation as more than a music festival. It has become one of Johannesburg’s signature lifestyle events, blending world-class electronic music with stylish picnic setups, food experiences and an atmosphere that celebrates connection.

This year’s milestone edition promises one of its strongest line-ups yet, bringing together internationally recognised artists alongside some of South Africa’s finest electronic talent.

As the sun sets over James & Ethel Gray Park, the celebrations continue at the official It’s Personal Picnic After Party at Truth Nightclub.
