Nestled along South Africa’s breathtaking coastline, it’s a true destination for wine lovers. For one night only, on Wednesday, 20 August 2025, the team at Level Four Restaurant in Rosebank will host an exclusive Benguela Cove wine dinner with esteemed Head Winemaker Johann Fourie.

Throughout the evening, Johann Fourie will share fascinating insights into the cool climate wine production at Benguela Cove and the profound effect of the Atlantic’s maritime influence on the vines.

He will also delve into his unique dual-hemisphere role, which sees him working with traditional Champagne varietals to produce premium English sparkling wines at Leonardslee Family Vineyards in Sussex, England.
