This refreshed wine boutique blends contemporary style with a seamless indoor–outdoor flow, creating a relaxed and memorable visit. With seating for up to 70 guests, the new tasting room is perfectly suited for leisurely wine discoveries and shared moments.

Boasting an enviable location overlooking rolling vineyards and Table Mountain in the distance, the venue offers guests the perfect place to slow down and appreciate the estate’s natural beauty.

Leafy vines hang overhead, creating a natural canopy framing the scene. Beyond the patio, farmland and tall trees add a dreamy quality to the landscape.

Sip the Best of the Helderberg

Guests can explore newly launched wine collections through a range of signature tastings. Options include The Taberer Family Reserve (R150), The Avontuur Collection Tasting (R145 for 3 wines), and The Thoroughbred Collection (R145 for four wines).

Passionate and knowledgeable staff guide each tasting, dedicated to sharing the estate’s stories, craftsmanship, and personality.

Nestled on the slopes of the Helderberg, Avontuur continues its proud legacy of producing premium wines shaped by exceptional terroir. Complementing the vintages are views stretching across False Bay and Table Mountain.

Stay and Celebrate at Avontuur

The Estate offers luxurious accommodation at the newly renovated Avontuur Manor House, featuring nine suites, multiple lounges, a pool, a pavilion, and expansive lawns.

The Manor House and Barrel Cellar serve as sought-after venues for weddings, corporate functions, and private events, coordinated by Warren-Stone Weddings & Events.
